About the role
Located in our Elizabethtown, KY plant, you will be a Production Supervisor. Our Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of production employees to safely achieve daily operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices, communicating expectations, enforcing safety policies, and conducting investigations as needed.
- Lead, coach, and develop production and assembly teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals.
- Maintain effective communication with employees and leadership to align business objectives, improve collaboration, and exceed customer expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach employees, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and manage performance effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a union manufacturing environment with knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor practices a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
