About the role

The Production Superintendent – Harvest Floor – 2nd Shift is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the harvest floor during the second shift. This includes managing team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the harvest floor during the second shift.
• Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor and improve efficiency and quality of work.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a food processing or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead by example.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Second shift, Monday through Friday.
