What Success Looks Like

  • Lead with safety as the top priority by ensuring compliance with all company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Plan and manage production schedules across manufacturing departments to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure product quality, efficiency targets, and lead-time expectations are consistently met.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members—including temporary staff—to build a strong, engaged workforce.
  • Adjust staffing levels, overtime, and resources needed to achieve production and delivery goals.
  • Must be comfortable leading on the shop floor and engaging directly with employees in a high-accountability manufacturing environment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a metal fabrication environment, with strong knowledge of fabrication processes
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within an ISO 9001 manufacturing setting (fast-paced environments preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Somali) is a plus

Pay

The targeted salary range for this position is $105K to $120K

Schedule

Hours are Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am
