Production Supervisor - Cut Floor - 2nd shift

About the role

Responsible for overseeing production activities on the cut floor during second shift. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
• Monitor production levels and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
