Production Coordinator - Bakery Plant 2nd Shifts

Essential Job Functions

• Become proficient in the use of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Assist your co-workers with all equipment troubleshooting to keep equipment up and running.
• Ensure your team members are on-time to and from work, lunches, breaks, etc.
• Coach and discuss team building with your team members.
• Resolve issues related to equipment and downtime reporting.
• Assist in conducting line capability and/or loss studies for identified areas.
• Serve as an operator-trainer.
• Work closely with Line personnel and maintenance to create a bridge of understanding and cooperation.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.

Essential Physical And Mental Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk and climb stairs during time on duty.

Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour + $0.5 shift differential
