Production Superintendent
About the job
The production superintendent is a key member of leadership reporting to the operations manager. Their responsibility area includes all functions related to the operation of their assigned processes.
- Manage production personnel to meet production requirements and support business objectives.
- Responsible for the production schedule and inventory control to utilize resources in an efficient and safe manner.
- Provide technical support for process improvements and new processes.
- Responsible for HSES activities within production department.
- Interface with customers as required including coordination of toll manufacturing projects.
Requirements
We believe you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical Engineering preferred. Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline will be considered. 4+ years of chemical manufacturing experience . Prior operations leadership experience Great if you have Union experience strongly preferred
