Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality products.
- Drive plant performance by achieving key operational KPIs, budget targets, and project milestones.
- Develop, coach, and mentor plant personnel to build team capability and support career growth.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure all operations comply with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated success in manufacturing leadership will also be considered.
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety leadership with a proven track record of promoting a safe workplace culture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and drive operational results.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
