Key Job Responsibilities
- Create and control daily, weekly, monthly, and production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Build and verify Bill of Material and Product Routing, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to balance production schedules with machining capacities.
- Extract and update production data from SAP system to monitor and manage production status.
- Manage warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, and distribution to optimize service levels.
- Analyze warehouse data to maintain optimal inventory levels and reorder points.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement common projects and expedite the implementation process.
- Utilize and maintain process procurement data.
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates
- A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to new environments, and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong proficiency in English (writing and reading).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Experience in warehouse management, machinery, or cutting tools.
- Understanding of customer relationship management and data management.
