Job Summary
Evaluates and verifies the feasibility of production implementation. Builds and controls daily, weekly, monthly, and production schedules to ensure output meets customer demands. Manages Bill of Materials and Product Routing, coordinates with the Production Team, extracts production data from SAP, manages warehouse operations, analyzes warehouse data, and collaborates with other teams to implement common projects.Key Job Responsibilities
- Create and control daily, weekly, monthly, and production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Create Bill of Material and Product Routing, verify technical drawings to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with Production Team to balance production schedules with machining capacities.
- Extract production data from SAP to update and control production status, identify potential risks.
- Manage warehouse operations, arrange materials efficiently, analyze inventory levels, and set reorder points.
- Collaborate with CSR, Sales, and Production teams to implement common projects and expedite the implementation process.
- Utilize and maintain process procurement data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills, adaptable to new environments, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Strong proficiency in English (writing and reading).
- SAP or other ERP experience.
- Experience in Warehouse management, Machinery, or Cutting tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Customer relationship management skills, including understanding internal customer groups and characteristics.
- Data management skills, including analytics and ability to prioritize data for decision-making.
