Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management – Track inventory levels, organize totes by bridge dates (FIFO), perform bullpen stock counts, and flag discrepancies.

  • Transportation of Goods – Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts to move goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

  • Communication – Foster open communication, collaborate with team members, and solve problems quickly and effectively.

  • Organization and Cleanliness – Maintain a clean, organized work environment by sweeping floors, organizing shelves, and removing empty pallets and packaging materials.

  • Safety – Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.

  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures – Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Enhanced Duties – Interact with leadership team and carry out specific tasks beyond normal duties, interpreting and following instructions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse setting is strongly desired.

  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and read orders accurately.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards.

  • Ability to work overtime during the work week and weekends, while complying with GALLS’ attendance policy.

  • Physical abilities – capable of standing and walking for extended periods, working in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license.
