Production Records Quality Specialist, OB - Bayside

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chart review by entering data, filing, retrieving production records, and compiling donor documents with required lab results.
• Support tissue processing through production tasks, freeze-drying activities, and managing the movement of tissue grafts and samples, including pathology requests.
• Assist with Quality Verification to ensure accuracy of regulated documentation such as clean room logs.
• Promote improved documentation quality and completeness through communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support equipment management by verifying maintenance and repair activities in coordination with the equipment team.

Requirements

• 1 year experience reviewing records or performing data entry in a tissue banking, medical device, or healthcare-related industry, or in an office environment.
