Production Personnel

About the role

Manufacture quality products based on work orders and drawings within planned time. Operate manufacturing equipment including presses, guillotines, clickers, scales, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and schedule requirements
• Build products, subassemblies, and final assemblies
• Perform first article inspection
• Keep work area clean
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, and products
• Flexible to move to different departments within manufacturing
• Maintain routine maintenance schedule of equipment

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measures and scales
• Experience using manual manufacturing machinery a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Mathematical skills
• Patience and self-confidence
• Flexible with production work and schedule
