About the role
Under general supervision, the Production Painter applies industrial paint finishes onto metal products through spray gun application.
Pay
$23.13 per hour, including a $2 shift differential.
Schedule
Sunday night–Friday morning, 10 PM–6 AM, with some overtime required.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and shape: Load, feed, and unload material through the paint process; operate a spray painter gun to apply industrial paint finish on material.
- Prepare and set up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
- Lift and position materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
- Ensure quality: Complete quality checks to ensure the correct thickness of paint is properly applied to material throughout the process and touch up as needed; ensure materials are properly labeled and scanned upon exiting the paint line.
- Contribute to improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
- Maintain and organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
