Painter - 3rd Shift

About the role

Gemini is seeking a 3rd Shift Painter to join their team in Decorah, IA. The position is full-time with a 3rd shift schedule from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Friday. The role involves preparing products for painting, mixing paint, and applying it according to customer orders. The Painter must also use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the product by taping certain areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
• Mixes appropriate quantities and qualities of paint for the order.
• Sprays products as required by customer order.
• Uses proper PPE and handles materials.
• Reports to the Plant Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in painting or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Wage Range: $20.34 - $26.92 per hour.
• Location: Decorah, IA.
• Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: 3rd shift - Sunday-Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Overtime is scheduled as needed.
