What You Can Expect
- Competitive Pay (Based on Experience): Starting rate $26.75 per hour, Shift premium $1.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts, Wage increases every 6 months until top pay, then annually

Essential Functions
- Proficiently prepare, apply, and verify customer coating and surface preparation requirements
- Avoid defects such as runs, sags, thin spots, and ensure proper dry/cure times
- Adjust paint and process parameters based on humidity, temperature, or anomalies
- Repair or blend coating defects to a high standard of finish
- Ensure uniform coating thickness using wet mil or dry film gauges
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning and preventive maintenance on painting/mixing equipment
- Maintain effectiveness and code compliance of grounding and air filtration systems
General Employee Expectations
- All Employees Are Expected To Complete all required paperwork, including labor reporting and quality documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Perform self-inspections and other quality control tasks at the workstation
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Assist in the training and development of personnel
- Perform work at lower classification levels when assigned
- Carry out other duties as directed by supervision
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and write
- Able to work independently with moderate supervision
- Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 35 lbs, Occasional lifting (3–6 times per shift) of 65–70 lb paint pails
- Must pass a physical exam required for respirator use
- Must be able to enter confined spaces as required
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical school training
- One to three years of painting experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
