Location: Cannon Falls, MN • Full Time, On-site
Schedule
- 5/8 hour days: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
- Overtime scheduled as needed
Responsibilities
- Learn and support shipping activities as directed
- Assemble letters or other products to be sprayed and gather paint supplies required for the order
- Mix appropriate quantity of paint, ensuring proper mixing and matching paint chips or samples if required
- Mask parts prior to applying paint or texturing; remove masking materials after drying
- Spray products to meet customer requirements and company quality standards
- Mix and spray hardening agents on products as specified on the order
- Place painted parts in drying area or oven; return parts to the next work station once adequately dried
- Maintain adequate inventory of paint products and notify supervisor when reordering is needed
- Maintain department equipment in proper working condition
- Identify and recommend process improvements to department supervisor
- Complete production records, including waste materials and units produced
- Ensure products meet company quality standards
- Maintain a neat and orderly department, including cleaning air filters and exhaust systems as required

Pay
Wage range: $22.59 – $29.91 (includes 3rd shift premium)
