Production Painter - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of functions associated with the powder coating application and production process within an established cycle time.
• Load and unload materials, move parts and equipment.
• Paint and coat parts.
• Clean and maintain parts and equipment.
• Provide routine assistance and support.

Requirements

• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of typical paint tech roles (masking, shot blast, pre-treatment, etc.).
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Paint certification or equivalent experience in equipment paint processing.
• Experience in top coat, prime coat and electrostatic paint.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork.
• Demonstrates decision-making ability.
• Reads/understands MSDS sheets.

Pay

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Starting Pay: $20.20/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)
• 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Starting Pay: $20.20/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)
