Job Description

The impact you’ll make in this role
As a Production Packer, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
• Perform tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Support the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
• Ensure you own safety by following all related policies
• Possess the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)
• OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed

Starting Rate of Pay

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.26/hr, with the potential for future pay increase.
