Production Packer

Department: Production

Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve order items from storage shelves or designated locations by using barcodes, serial numbers, SKU, etc.
• Handle items and trays weighing between 15-50 lbs; pick up trays from tables and set them on carts for distribution.
• Update stock inventory after retrieving picked items.
• Manage stock control, including item replenishing and storage.
• Perform general warehouse duties when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude daily.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Read and understand basic English, as picking sheets are in English.
• Multitask effectively.
• Understand and follow safety requirements and cautions.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Frequent walking or standing for long periods of time.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $19.00 USD per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
