Production Operator (Manufacturing Facility)

Shift: Day Shift (6am–6pm) or Night Shift (6pm–6am), 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.

Pay

Associates start at $24.25 per hour. A clear path to compensation growth is available through skill development and training milestones, with most associates seeing an increase between 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients with precision to meet high standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Champion safety and quality by following strict food safety guidelines.
• Manage materials using an ERP system, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
