Shift: Day Shift (6am–6pm) or Night Shift (6pm–6am), 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.
Pay
Associates start at $24.25 per hour. A clear path to compensation growth is available through skill development and training milestones, with most associates seeing an increase between 3–6 months.

Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients with precision to meet high standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including cleaning and maintenance.
- Champion safety and quality by following strict food safety guidelines.
- Manage materials using an ERP system, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
- Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
- Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
- Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
- Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.
