Production Operator / Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Supports the Customer Account Rep through order production and deliveries.
• Communicates with company managers on a daily basis insuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
• Works with Customer Service Department in quoting customers and processing sales orders.
• Makes follow-up phone calls and customer visits.
• Safely and accurately load delivery vehicles and make local deliveries as needed.

Requirements

• One to three years of metal fabrication experience, preferred.
• Delivery experience (non-CDL) utilizing company owned vehicles, current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record, required.
• Forklift experience, preferred.
• Press Brake and Shear experience is a plus.
• Customer Service experience to process customer quotes, sales order, and customer visits.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience; Mac OS experience a plus.
• Meets daily objectives in production, quality, inventory control, and shipping of customer orders.
