Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct in-person and off-site sales meetings and presentations
- Identify client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions
- Expand existing accounts to drive additional revenue
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, with strong new business development results
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills are a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Business concentration preferred
- Experience in print, promotional products, marketing services, or related industries is a plus
Pay
$70,000 base salary + commission and performance bonuses
