Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct in-person and off-site sales meetings and presentations
  • Identify client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions
  • Expand existing accounts to drive additional revenue
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, with strong new business development results
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills are a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Business concentration preferred
  • Experience in print, promotional products, marketing services, or related industries is a plus

Pay

$70,000 base salary + commission and performance bonuses
