Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for performing assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify materials, label parts, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Report equipment, material, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Maintain tools, work area, and follow 5S and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production operations.

Required Qualifications

• Physically able to perform repetitive motions requiring fine dexterity.
• Ability to operate machines in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Working knowledge of Epicor (preferred or required depending on role).
• Knowledge and application of 5S principles.
• Ability to produce quality parts consistently.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

• Manufacturing/production facility with active machinery.
• Exposure to moderate noise, moving equipment, and production materials.
• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs on occasion and perform physical tasks as required.
• Temperature may vary depending on production area.
• Collaborative team environment with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Must wear required protective equipment, including ANSI Z87.1-2003 standard safety glasses when in the plant.
