Responsibilities

  • Understand and ensure safety standards are respected, adhering to V5000, TS16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and Nevada OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology.
  • Before starting work, ensure all team members understand safety working instructions at the station, PPE requirements, and conduct first level of maintenance (PM’s) and first piece inspection at the start of the shift.
  • Maintain 5S rules at all times.
  • Detect and report problems (deviations from standards) related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • In case of a problem, stop work immediately and apply the appropriate reactivity procedure.
  • Participate in immediate containment actions and actively contribute to the improvements proposal program.
  • Attend and participate in 5 min meetings in APZ (Autonomous Production Zones).
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of each workstation.
  • Communicate any supply shortages to the team lead at the beginning, during, and after shifts.
  • Engage in APZ continuous improvement through participation in VPS workshops.
