About The Job

Weather Shield is seeking motivated individuals to fill a variety of General Assembly and Production positions. New to manufacturing? No problem! Training is provided, just bring a great attitude and eagerness to learn. More skilled? That’s great! We will work with you to find the perfect opportunity.

What is the Job?

Assemble components to complete window/door units and/or parts. This ranges from machine operating to installing finished components onto the units.

What Is Required

• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Use and read a tape measure.
• Utilize hand/power tools.
• Great candidates will be team players and have a keen eye for quality.

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM.
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu 3:00 PM–2:00 AM.
• Mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 (0.50 increases after 90 days and 6 months).

Schedule

Most work weeks are Monday - Thursday/Friday with overtime as needed. 1st shift & 2nd shift available!
