Production Operator

About the role

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to raw materials, transforming them into final high-quality products. This includes operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product, and supporting manufacturing operations through general production and material handling duties.

In this Wet Rover position, you will handle sanitation, weigh and stage ingredients, mix batches, manage inventory, operate process control systems, and use forklifts to move materials and issue ingredients to work orders—all while maintaining safety, quality, and accuracy. This role is part of our Dairy Food business, where we create dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; always respectful

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, including areas where dust and chemicals may be present

Pay

$28.40 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $1,500 ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, $500 at 1 year)

Schedule

12-hour shift: 4:45 AM to 5:07 PM

Weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
