Qualifications & Requirements
- Safety Commitment: Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing setting and following all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Eagerness to Learn: Ability to interpret verbal and written working instructions effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Measurement Proficiency: Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
- Maintenance Knowledge: Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable Attendance: Consistent and reliable attendance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safety First: Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting.
- Operational Excellence: Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are consistently met.
- Data Management: Accurately record production data and other results as required.
- Maintenance Skills: Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment efficiently.
- Mobile Equipment Operation: Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.
