Production Operator

Job Description

This position will be responsible for working with hot plates to melt and subsequently weld rubber sections together to form an infinite variety of transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Good steady hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to read a ruler down to 16th inch increments.
• Demonstrated understanding of angles, how to subtract and add angles.
• Numbers aptitude and the ability to add and subtract whole numbers and fractions.
• Must have ability to operate a fork truck or be capable of being trained to operate a fork truck.
• Able to lift 30-50 pounds occasionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must speak and understand the English language.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Safety-conscious; follow all safety policies and procedures.
