Production Operator

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is a global engineering group supporting major industrial sectors. This role involves preparing and maintaining production areas and equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Perform operations in alignment with work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify parts and promptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team Lead.
• Pack finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment.
• Complete tally sheets when required.
• Adhere to 5S, ESD, and EHS regulations.
• Perform self-inspections.
• Maintain special process qualifications as required.
• Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in the local language for daily operations, safety compliance, and team collaboration.
• Possess or be qualified to obtain special process certifications in the following areas:
  • Torquing (mandatory for all operators).
  • Electrical Crimping (required).
  • Sealant Application (restricted to trained and certified operators).
  • Riveting (restricted to trained and certified operators).

Operational Expectations
