About the role
Entry Level Operator positions in the Films Department.
Responsibilities
- Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
- Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence.
- Able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
- Dependable and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills.
- Able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pay
Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon job certification and job assignment. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
