About the role

In this manufacturing position, you’ll focus on delivering for consumers and the market while prioritizing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity.

• Safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Master all manufacturing process elements, including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks.
• Participate in machine start-up, troubleshooting, shutdown, grade changes, and other operational events.
• Use lean principles to identify and solve problems.

Requirements

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• State and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED, or Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of verifiable continuous work experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights): 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial workplace or equivalent military education/training is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
• Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., ascend/descend stairs, and perform bending, twisting, stooping, and crouching motions.
• Strong gripping hand functions.
• Must wear required PPE, including ear, eye, and toe protection.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) on a 2-2-3 cadence: 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am.
• Night shift differential: $.75/hour for hours worked between 6 pm – 6 am.
• Alternating 48-hour and 36-hour weeks each pay period.
• No partner responsibility = guaranteed shifts/hours.
• Overtime available based on business needs.
• Time and a half pay on Sundays, double time on holidays.

Pay

Starting hourly wage: $28.12 USD. This role is eligible for overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
