Shift Information

Our Production Operators transform products from individual ingredients to store-ready by blending, lifting, and packing. You will handle it all with accuracy and safety. A very physical role, you will be continuously transporting bags of ingredients weighing up to 50 lbs. by hand, lifting between 75-150 bags per hour throughout your shift. Utilizing RF Scanners to track and control product inventory with SAP. Safety is our top priority, and we'll train you on our manufacturing standards.

What You'll Need to be Successful and Safe

• 2 years of previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and previous work experience with detailed documentation is preferred.
• Able to carry 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work at heights using a scissor-lift.
• Experience driving a stand-up forklift is preferred.
• Knowledge of teamwork and its value to success.
• Solid work attendance in your current/previous job.

Compensation Data

The starting wage for this role is $22.00 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
