About the role

Seeking a versatile Production Operator to support laser cutting, rubber cutting, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality inspections, managing inventory, receiving and shipping materials, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including fiber laser cutting systems, CNC machinery, or flatbed cutters
• Perform quality inspections on produced components
• Manage inventory, including receiving, shipping, and organization of materials
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Use nesting and cutting optimization software
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Experience operating fiber laser cutting systems, CNC machinery, or flatbed cutters
• Warehouse experience including inventory management, receiving, and shipping
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with nesting and cutting optimization software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Adaptable and willing to cross-train on multiple machines and production functions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards
