Production Operator

Key Tasks

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans
• Assist with other key tasks during changeovers
• Perform quality checks and input data into the Quality System
• Maintain an organized clean work environment (5S)
• Understand trends on reliability and yield
• Perform other departmental job duties as directed by supervision

Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Available to work days or nights and overtime
• Frequent lifting up to 45 lbs
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Work beyond traditional 40 hours per week as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays

• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with initiative and a drive to complete and deliver excellent work product/service
• Team player, cooperative, with the demonstrated ability to quickly find common ground and resolve problems
• Dedication and commitment to complete all assignments/tasks, even when faced with resistance and setbacks
