Responsibilities
- Work with contracting brick crew to line furnace and ladles
- Tear out ladles
- Install refractory brick
- Stock materials
- Operate mobile equipment
- Cross training
Requirements
- Willingness to cross train and support all departments involved in steel making process
- Flexibility to adjust work days as needed (e.g., pending production needs may work Sunday through Thursday vs Monday through Friday)
Pay
Starting wage $22.00/hr. Incentive bonus paid bi-weekly. Profit sharing.
