Job Details
- Responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
- Lead manufacturing teams, coordinate production activities, and work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Combine people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting process improvements, and ensuring the plant operates at a high level day in and day out.

Salary
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
