Manufacturing Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Safely, timely, and productively execute the production process
• Manage employees and manufacturing work centers from raw material through finished product to the customer
• Oversee execution of production processes, employee training (Safety, Quality, Job & Skills), scheduling, and other tasks to meet production demands
• Supports process changes designed to improve safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
• Responds timely to problems maintaining and supporting production
• Involved in EHS planning over a 3-6-12 month time span

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5-10 years manufacturing management experience in technical job shop environment
• Experience with MRP systems or database in manufacturing and MS Office
• Continuous Improvement experience & statistical analysis skills with root cause analysis skills
• Team player who works well and enthusiastically with others (team skills)
• Leadership capability with proven results and strong organizational capability
• Has run LEAN projects

Schedule
