Production Maintenance Technician - Third Shift

About the role
A Production Maintenance Technician at Swire Coca-Cola repairs and maintains all assets within the production facility. This role involves identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing problems in production equipment and processes to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs on production equipment between shifts and line changes to prevent variations in product quality.
- Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the useful life of equipment.
- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups prior to production changes.
- Overhaul and install new equipment as directed by the business.
- Rebuild, fabricate, and manage parts inventory to ensure adequate stock.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree/certificate required.
- Ability to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire.
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Pay
$29.46 - 36.39/hour
Schedule
Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Overtime and weekends required based on business need).
