What You Will Do
- Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
- Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
- Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
- Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.
What You Will Bring
- Equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of manufacturing/warehouse experience
- Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member
Pay & Benefits
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $109,340.00
