About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Lead – Stockroom to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead – Stockroom is responsible for coordinating the work in the stockroom, including ensuring the daily accuracy and productivity of stockroom tasks. Production Leads are expected to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily stockroom tasks to ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Adhere to attendance policies and work expectations.
- Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Communicate frequently with others to complete work activities.
- Use a computer/console to complete work activities.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Physical ability to stand for most of the shift, stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach.
- Physical activity including lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.
