Production Intern - WFS

About the role

Angel Studios recently acquired The Wingfeather Saga, and Toothy Cow Productions is producing the animated series. The Wingfeather Saga Animated Series is seeking a Production Intern to support day‑to‑day production across multiple seasons and departments. The intern reports directly to the Production Supervisor and works closely with production coordinators, artists, and production leadership. The position is a Fall 2026 internship requiring Tennessee residency and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Supervisor of Post/Editorial by ensuring clear communication, timely delivery of notes, and proper formatting of materials for deliveries.
• Act as office manager handling studio‑specific requests (e.g., giving tours, restocking snacks, maintaining office space, organizing company events).
• Assist the Content Producer (ancillary content) with design, editing, and coordination tasks.
• Take clear and accurate notes during meetings and reviews, and circulate summaries to appropriate team members.
• Schedule meetings, reviews, and calendar invites; book conference rooms and ensure participants are prepared.
• Help maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and organized studio environment, including supplies, drinks, and snacks.
• Coordinate shipping, printing, and delivery of physical or digital materials as needed.
• Assist artists and production staff with daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Participate in cross‑department studio projects or internal initiatives (e.g., studio events, celebrations).
• Pitch in with ad‑hoc research, errands, or tasks to support the overall production pipeline and studio business.
• Attend in‑person and/or Zoom meetings to learn the production process and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.

• Working knowledge of Excel and Asana a plus.

• Resourceful and able to problem‑solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Tennessee resident required.
• Preferred: self‑starter with 0‑3 years of animation production experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
