About the role

About Twelve Twelve designs and builds the world’s most inspiring merchandise and packaging for the world’s most coveted brands. Applying our uniquely tested end-to-end methodology, we seamlessly integrate our expert teams and global supply chain to turn wild dreams into high-return realities. Our difference lies in our approach to partnership and our commitment to social responsibility, working exclusively with vetted and approved partners.

Twelve is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the operational delivery of merchandising programs and key client accounts. Working closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional partners, the intern will assist with purchase order records, production trackers, supplier follow-up, sample coordination, compliance documentation, logistics support, and status updates from brief through delivery. This internship is ideal for someone eager to understand how creative product ideas move through production and become finished, client-ready programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, account documents, purchase order records, meeting notes, and client-specific process documentation.
  • Gather updates from suppliers and internal teams to support clear, accurate client and internal status reports.
  • Track open actions and flag missing information, delays, or changes to the manager for guidance.
  • Assist with purchase order conversion and supplier handoff after requirements, pricing, and timelines have been reviewed and approved.
  • Follow up with suppliers and factories on production status, estimated completion dates, sample progress, and upcoming milestones.
  • Update critical path documents across sampling, approvals, production, QA/QC, compliance, shipping readiness, and invoicing.
  • Support pre-production sample coordination by tracking submissions, approvals, revisions, dispatch details, and follow-up actions.
  • Organize sample records, production photos, feedback, approvals, range boards, project folders, and other supporting documentation.
  • Help confirm files are complete, accurate, and easy for the team to reference throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in production, supply chain, operations, merchandising, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details, documents, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with quantities, dates, costs, and documentation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in production, supply chain, merchandising, or client operations.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite, client portals, or project management tools (plus).
