Position Summary
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Production team to respond to requests and update documentation accurately and timely
- Affords assistance in uploading house plans to digital storage system
- Affords assistance in creating and maintaining house plans, as needed
- Affords assistance in operations and design activities as needed
- Ensures information is filed and stored correctly
- Participates in preconstruction meetings and audit reviews
- Reviews truss designs, structural layouts, and related plan elements for accuracy and alignment with approved drawings
- Affords assistance in compiling and sending building permits, as needed
- Supports build and sales teams in the field as needed
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and utilize new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills and detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
Work Environment And Physical Requirements
- Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with low noise levels
- Prolonged periods of sitting required
- Rarely required to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, or push objects weighing up to 10 pounds
