Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities in the Stock Preparation department.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met or exceeded.
• Supervise and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
