Cooking up daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Acting as the go-to person on the manufacturing floor for shift execution and escalation support.
Providing real-time direction and decision-making to operators and technicians to maintain workflow continuity.
Monitoring Work-In-Process (WIP), tool status, and staffing to ensure optimal line balance and throughput.
Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Performing fabrication processes (lithography, etch, metals, diffusion, implant, grind/polish, test, etc.) as needed to support production.
Sets up, operates, and monitors specialized semiconductor equipment to ensure product quality and process compliance.
Step in during staffing gaps, high-volume periods, or critical operations to maintain output.

Serving as a coach for technicians and operators on shift.
Training and mentoring team members on processes, equipment, and best practices.
Reinforcing adherence to standard work, safety procedures, and cleanroom protocols.
Working with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate work-in-process (WIP) flow, ensuring efficient movement of materials to maximize throughput and operational output.

Driving execution of daily priorities aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
Identifying and resolving operational issues, escalating complex challenges as needed.
Contributing to process improvements, efficiency gains, and waste reduction initiatives.
Maintaining accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting of production metrics.

Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems and all regulatory requirements.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handling of chemicals.
