Production Floor Associate

About the role

DataShield, a NAID AAA Certified company offering data destruction, secure paper shredding, and electronics recycling services, is seeking a Production Floor Associate to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with the confidential destruction of material, staging containers for destruction, operating industrial equipment, and performing general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the confidential destruction of material
• Staging containers for destruction
• Destruction equipment operation
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintaining and adhering to all DataShield security and safety policies
• Able to meet deadlines and production goals

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete the work assigned in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and other employees
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Regularly stand for extended periods of time
• Walk, lift and wheel objects, bend, climb, and other physical tasks are required
