Responsibilities

  • Schedule shoots, ensuring scheduling conflicts are resolved and productivity goals are maintained
  • Manage all turn-ins from Sample Management team, overseeing product tracking, movement of product within the photo studio, and scheduling
  • Maintain reports, including but not limited to budget trackers, item counts, invoicing documents, and accruals
  • Communicate questions/issues between the on-set teams and the sample management teams
  • Book and schedule all freelance talent and models, including managing invoicing
  • Ensure tracking is accurate and to Saks Global standards
  • Communicate the requirements for each day’s shoot to on-set teams such as any special details, deadlines, treatments, or other instructions clearly to minimize errors
  • Manage in-studio catering

Requirements

  • PC & Mac fluency, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Financial billing, Google Suite
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask, general organization, planning, and coordinating
  • Ability to work within deadlines, thinking creatively to increase productivity and throughout
  • Self-starter work ethic; results driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a multi-team environment
  • Ability to work full time in studio
  • Entry level, prior exposure to photo studio operations (internships or previous jobs) highly preferred but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills highly preferred
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities highly preferred

Pay

The starting salary for this position is between $45,000-53,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-studio role with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
