Production Coordinator (On-Site, WI Local)

Nissha Medical Technologies – New Richmond is home to the Isometric Micro Molding Center of Excellence, where highly skilled teams solve challenging manufacturing problems in medical technology. Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, this campus combines deep expertise in micro molding, precision tooling, and micro automated assembly to support devices where precision, reliability, and miniaturization are crucial.
Essential Job Functions (Core Responsibilities)
Execute and oversee the repacking of materials to meet shipping requirements.
Enforce FIFO material sequencing across all secondary operations.
Own the physical organization, cleanliness, and visual management of Work-In-Progress (WIP) and containment cages.
Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality, and Shipping.
Coordinate with quality to execute rework work orders.
Build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization.
Perform auditing of accurate line clearance.
Confirm WIP counts against ERP reporting to ensure data integrity.
Additional Responsibilities (Secondary)
Active in operational excellence, providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
Provide progress reports and updates as requested by leadership.
Other responsibilities as assigned such as trimming parts, operating manual presses, bag and tag for auto press, etc.
Core Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing operations (Cleanroom/ISO 13485 experience preferred).
Intermediate level computer skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to utilize ERP as a primary tool for production tracking, ensuring data integrity and minimizing manual workarounds.
Basic reading, writing, math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, FIFO, OEE, and visual management).
ITAR Compliance
The facility contains information and materials subject to the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 – $25.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
