Production Coordinator

About the Role

This position serves as the critical pipeline between the internal team and overseas factories, ensuring smooth product flow and adherence to manufacturing requirements for children's apparel. The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates potential issues, and resolves them before they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and workflow between the internal team and overseas factories.
• Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of children's apparel.
• Verify that manufactured products meet specified design and quality requirements.
• Identify and address potential production issues before they become critical.
• Track and report on production progress and any delays or challenges.

Requirements

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional workflows.
• Experience in production coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing (children's apparel experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work in-office five days a week in NYC.
