Production Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production schedules based on fluctuating customer demand, order volume, and deadlines
- Communicate real-time changes in prioritization clearly and promptly to all appropriate team members and departments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer products, standard lead times, active promotions, and fulfillment requirements
- Proactively flag capacity constraints, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts to leadership before they impact deadlines
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production coordination, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communicator—comfortable interfacing with team members at all levels
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
